Care instructions

A clean REBRASTA bowl dries on a linen towel next to a sink.

Before the first use

Wash the bowl in warm water with dish soap.

Clean the bowl

You can clean the bowl in a dishwasher. Put it in the top basket.

A soft sponge cleans the channels between the ribs of the bowl.
Wipe along the ribs, from the rim to the center.

To clean the bowl by hand, do these steps:

  1. Rinse the bowl in warm water.
  2. Clean the channels with a soft sponge. Wipe along the ribs, from the rim to the center.
  3. Rinse the bowl again and let it dry.

Do not use steel wool, scouring powder or abrasive pads. They scratch the surface.

Stains

Tomato sauce, turmeric and beetroot can stain plastic. Wash the bowl soon after you use it.

If a stain stays, fill the bowl with warm water and two spoons of baking soda. After one hour, wash the bowl.

Heat

Do not put the bowl in an oven, on a stove or in a microwave.

Fork marks

Steel forks leave fine marks on the tops of the ribs over time. These marks do not change how the ribs hold the leaves.
