Cancel a reservation

A reservation is free. You can cancel it at any time before you pay.

To cancel, send an email to hello@rebrasta.com with your reservation number.

Return a bowl

In the EU, you can return an online order within 14 days without a reason. The 14 days start on the day that you receive the bowls.

To return bowls, do these steps:

1. Within the 14 days, send an email to hello@rebrasta.com with your order number.
2. Put the bowls in the original box. If you do not have the box, use a strong box.
3. Within 14 days after your email, send the parcel to the address in our reply.

We refund the price of the bowls and the standard delivery cost. We send the refund within 14 days after we receive the bowls. You pay the cost to send the bowls back to us.

Guarantee

In the EU, each bowl has a legal guarantee of 2 years against defects. A crack, a broken rib or a fault from production is a defect.

If a bowl has a defect, send an email to hello@rebrasta.com with a photo of the defect. We then send you a new bowl or refund the price. You do not pay a delivery cost for a bowl with a defect.

Fine marks from forks and knives come from normal use. They are not a defect.
