Privacy notice

This notice tells you which data REBRASTA keeps when you reserve a bowl, and why. Last change: 28 September 2026.

Who keeps your data

REBRASTA, Croatia, controls your data. For all questions about your data, send an email to hello@rebrasta.com.

What we keep

When you reserve a bowl, we keep your email address, your first and last name, your delivery country and the number of bowls. We also keep the date of the reservation and your choice about production updates.

We do not ask for your address or your payment details at this step. We do not keep your IP address with your reservation.

Why we keep it

We use your data to contact you about your reservation. Before production starts, we send you an email to confirm your order and pay. We also use the number of reservations to decide how many bowls to make.

If you selected production updates, we also send you news about the production of the bowl. We do not send other advertising, and we do not sell or give your data to other companies.

The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You give it when you select the box on the reservation form.

Where we keep it

Our reservation server and its database are on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH in the European Union. Vercel Inc. hosts the pages of this site. Vercel receives your IP address when your browser loads a page, but not your reservation data.

The pages load fonts from Google Fonts and a style library from the Tailwind CSS server. These servers receive your IP address when your browser loads a page.

Your browser keeps the contents of your reservation on your device until you send it. We do not use cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your reservation until 12 months after the first production run ships. Then we delete it. If you cancel your reservation, we delete your data within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data. You can also ask us to correct or delete it, or to stop the production updates. You can withdraw your consent at any time. To do one of these things, send an email to hello@rebrasta.com.

If you think that we use your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Croatian data protection agency, AZOP (azop.hr), or to the agency in your country.
